D’Banj May Be Evicted Over Unpaid Rent

This period seems not favourable to the career and personality of music star, Dapo Oyebanjo, popularly known as D’Banj.

In recent weeks, the entertainer has been bugged by various allegations of debts and decline in his creative talent.

The latest of this negative gist is about his accumulated unpaid rent in his Lagos, Nigeria, home.

A source close to D’Banj squealed to P.M.NEWS Entertainment Cafe that the singer has been having a running battle with his landlord over unpaid rent on his apartment which had even expired some months back.

Fake INEC officials hijack ad-hoc staff recruitment



Fraudsters posing as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recruitment officers are now collecting money from unsuspecting individuals in Zamfara state, northwest Nigeria, with the promise to give them employment.

Investigations by NAN in the state revealed that many unemployed youths had already fallen victims to the fraudsters.

Some had given money to fraudsters with the hope that they would serve as the ad-hoc workers in the 2015 general elections.

There was pandemonium yesterday at Amechi, Nkanu-West Local Government Area of Enugu State as the community could not come to terms with former governor of old Anambra State, Senator Jim Nwobodo over where his,son,Jim, Ifeanyi Nwobodo Jnr would be buried.

It was a show of shame at Amechi Awkunanaw in Enugu State as the burial ceremony of Dr. Ifeanyichukwu Nwobodo, the late son of former Governor of Anambra State, Chief Jim Nwobodo turned awry as Nigerians from all walks of life waited in vain for the arrival of the corpse.
